Solar Path is owned and operated by licensed architects.  Kevin B. Howard, also owner of Kevin B Howard Architects (KBHA) has been designing sustainable homes and commercial buildings for over 20 years.  He and the team recognized the need for a quality solar installer in our community and so began Solar Path.

I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with both of my Solar Path Solar Systems.  I don’t know if you are aware of this but I had installed a Solar System on my office/showroom approximately 4 years ago.  It never operated properly and every time I called to get it checked they would make an excuse why it was not producing energy.  My typical monthly savings was any where between $5 and $40/month.  With electric bills averaging $300-$400/month this was not exactly the saving I was hoping for.  A year and a half ago I spoke with Kevin about a system for my house and I signed up.  I was so happy with my system at home I asked Kevin to look at my office solar to see if he could figure out what was or was not going on.  He gave me a proposal to revamp my system and enlarge it.  The proposal included building a new shade structure over my outside workspace which my warehouse manager loves.  I am now saving about 60-70% on average.

Regarding my system at home I just completed my first full year with my system and my total electric for the year was $340.00.  Amazing since that used to be a single monthly bill in the summer.  Now I just can’t wait until my “dream” electric car is produced so I can put a charging station in my garage.  My partner was so impressed he put a system on his office too.
